After the success of Super Walls 2018, the festival returns in 2021 to showcase more original Italian and international artists. For two weeks, 40 artists are commissioned to transform 35 large urban walls in the eight municipalities of Abano Terme, Padua, Albignasego, Limena, Mestrino, Tombelle di Saonara, Sarmeola di Rubano, and Veggiano. The walls themselves are donated by businesses to help revitalise the colour and life of the area. Festival Inspire was first founded in 2014, and, in that year, transformed the walls of Downtown Moncton. Creative murals adorned derelict walls that had been vandalised, beautifying those areas that were the unappreciated canvases of high-traffic areas in the city. The mission is to reactivate those spaces and encourage collaboration between businesses and artists. This year, the festival reaches further.
